Grosse Pointe Home Care is seeking qualified  One-On-One patient Caregivers (HHAs, CNAs) for adult cases in the Metro Detroit Michigan area for FLEXIBLE Part-Time Day and Afternoon shifts (with possible Full-Time).

Caregivers are to perform tasks in compliance with an individualized care plan. Tasks may include but are not limited to: assisting with ADL's, helping clients maintain good personal hygiene; assistance with maintaining a safe and healthy home environment; planning and preparing meals.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience consistent with job requirements preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school degree or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to read and write legibly, consistent with job requirements
• Ability to establish and maintain a good work relationship with clients and coworkers
• Current BLS or First Aid and CPR-certified
• Current certificate if a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Certified Home Health Aide
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation
• Emotional and mental maturity
